2. Nature of Our Services

Our workshops, masterclasses, coaching sessions, and digital educational resources are delivered online. Your payment reserves a seat in a live workshop and provides access to digital resources and communication related to the event. Because these are digital educational services with limited live participation, a seat is reserved exclusively for you once payment is completed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our workshops, masterclasses, coaching programs, and digital educational products are final.

Once your payment has been successfully processed:

• No refund will be issued.
• No cancellation will be accepted.
• No partial refund will be provided.
• No exchange for another product or service will be offered.
• No transfer of registration to another participant will be allowed unless expressly approved by the organiser.

4. Failure to Attend

If you are unable to attend the live workshop for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Personal commitments
• Travel
• Internet connectivity issues
• Device problems
• Health reasons
• Scheduling conflicts
• Late joining
• Failure to access Zoom

you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or compensation.

5. Incorrect Information

It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including email address and mobile number. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect details provided during registration.

6. Workshop Rescheduling

In rare situations where the organiser needs to reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, emergencies, or other operational reasons, participants will be informed using their registered contact details. Your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled workshop. Such rescheduling shall not be considered grounds for a refund.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same workshop due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact us immediately with proof of payment. Verified duplicate transactions may be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

8. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Any payment processing issues, bank delays, UPI delays, card verification issues, or technical failures during payment are subject to the policies of the payment gateway and your respective financial institution.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this Refund Policy shall be entirely at the sole discretion of the organiser. Granting an exception in one instance shall not create an obligation to grant similar exceptions in future cases.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
